Provincie Fryslân

The Frysian municipality is working on an energy transition to contribute to the goals of the Dutch government to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions with 95% by 2050. Along with some infographics (which you can view in my graphic design portfolio) I was tasked to create an image bank for their communication channels. The aim was to capture the Frysian atmosphere, nature, and elements of green infrastructure or sustainable structures.

My stuff

Culture is a multifaceted and fascinating thing and I find it's something that continues to draw my attention. I've been lucky enough to be able to travel and experience how different (but also inherently the same) people are all over the world. I'd say my fascination with these topics, along with wanting to share in the stories of these different perspectives, is what shapes the images I choose to capture.
